CLEARING UP THE MESS
When God’s people had returned to Jerusalem after their captivity of 70 years, they were confronted with a big problem. They were confronted with a big mess as the sacred city lay in ruins. Through the good, inspired leadership of Nehemiah they were able to get started and stuck into re-building the walls. What seemed to be a sheer impossibility became possible through united effort and commitment. Instead of being negated they became positive. The joy of the LORD entered them and this blessing enabled them to speedily clear up the mess. Things may be at their worse around us. May the LORD raise up Holy Spirit leaders to galvanise and goad His Church into spiritual and supernatural action. WE SHALL WIN THE DAY!
